Trailer Specs
Built on a heavy-duty 5×8 trailer with a single 6,000 lb axle, the Scout is engineered for exceptional stability, durability, and balanced weight distribution. Dedicated welded mounting locations securely house the tanks, hose reels, and pressure washer, while a tongue-mounted toolbox keeps essential tools and accessories organized. The entire trailer body and floor are professionally coated with a durable bedliner finish for long-lasting protection against corrosion, chemicals, and everyday wear.
Softwash System
The Remco SmoothFlo 12V Demand Pump delivers up to 5.3 GPM at 100 PSI, providing reliable, on-demand performance for soft washing and chemical application. Featuring Flow IQ™ technology, the pump automatically adjusts motor speed to maintain smooth, consistent flow while reducing pressure fluctuations, cycling, and wear. Built with chemical-resistant materials and a heavy-duty 12-volt motor, it offers dependable performance, quieter operation, and extended service life for professional soft wash applications.
Pressure System
Powered by a Honda GX690 engine and a General Pump belt-drive system producing 8.2 GPM at 4,200 PSI, the Scout is built to tackle demanding commercial cleaning applications with confidence. This proven combination delivers exceptional cleaning power, smooth operation, and long service life, making it ideal for concrete, driveways, parking lots, heavy equipment, and high-volume rinsing.
Hose Reels

Tanks
Designed for maximum productivity, the Scout features a 100-gallon water buffer tank, a dedicated 100-gallon SH tank, and dual 16-gallon chemical tanks. This thoughtfully engineered layout keeps water and chemicals organized while providing the capacity needed for longer run times, fewer refills, and greater efficiency on the job.
Electrical System
Built for reliability and ease of service, our 12-volt electrical system is designed with 12-gauge marine-grade wiring throughout to minimize voltage drop and ensure dependable performance. The system features an on/off switch with an integrated digital voltmeter, allowing you to quickly disconnect power to pump and monitor battery health at a glance. Protection is provided by a 20-amp resettable circuit breaker, eliminating the need to replace blown fuses in the field.
Keeping the system charged is a NOCO 10-amp onboard smart battery charger with an exterior NOCO AC charging port, making it as simple as plugging in an extension cord after each use. Power is supplied by a deep-cycle 12-volt battery built to handle the repeated charge and discharge cycles of professional soft wash applications.
For fast maintenance and minimal downtime, the pump is connected through a 2-pin quick-disconnect power connector, allowing for quick pump replacement without cutting or rewiring electrical connections.
