Trailer Specs
Built on a 5×10 trailer with dual 3,500-lb axles and brakes on one axle, the layout is designed for stability and efficient weight distribution. A fully welded ladder rack, dedicated tank slots, and integrated chemical jug compartment holding up to six 1-gallon jugs keep equipment organized, while a tongue-mounted toolbox provides convenient storage.
Softwash System
Designed for efficient house and roof cleaning, the softwash system delivers consistent low-pressure chemical application for safe, effective results. Gas-powered and electric pump options are available to match your workflow, job requirements, and operating preferences.
Pressure System
Powered by an 8 GPM Comet gear-drive pump paired with a Honda GX690 engine, the pressure system delivers reliable performance for concrete cleaning, flatwork, and high-volume rinsing. An integrated Chemlink downstream system enables flexible multi-chemical application without changing setups. Jump start or charge battery with + and - busbar mounted to skid.
Hose Reels
Heavy-duty 12” aluminum frame hose reels with a 3/4” stainless steel manifold and swivel for smooth operation and long-term durability. Designed for daily use with reliable flow and clean hose management on the job.
Tanks
The system is configured with a 200-gallon water buffer tank, a dedicated 50-gallon SH tank, and two 16-gallon soap tanks. This layout provides ample capacity for extended run times while keeping chemical separation organized and efficient.
Lighting Package
Designed for visibility and jobsite safety, the lighting package features pattern-selectable caution lights on each upright and adjustable work lights along the work side of the trailer, all controlled through a three-button panel with voltage display.
