Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Time
Most orders ship within two (2) weeks of purchase.
In the event of supply chain delays, stock availability issues, or manufacturing lead times, customers will be notified as soon as possible with updated shipping information.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product type, availability, and carrier schedules.
Power Equipment & Drop Ship Items
Certain products, including power equipment and drop ship items, are subject to manufacturer or supplier availability and may require extended lead times.
These items may ship later than the standard two-week timeframe. Recoil Wash Co. does not guarantee shipping dates for items that are:

Drop shipped directly from a supplier

Built to order

Dependent on manufacturer stock availability
Freight Shipments
Some items may ship via freight carrier. Delivery timelines depend on carrier scheduling and destination.
Customers are responsible for:

Inspecting freight shipments upon delivery

Reporting any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment unless the item is custom-built, drop shipped, or already in production. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
