Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Recoil Wash Co., including but not limited to engines, pumps, power equipment, and drop-shipped items, are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage, terms, and duration are determined by the original manufacturer. Recoil Wash Co. does not alter or extend manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated.

We maintain close working relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers. In the event of a verified manufacturer defect, we will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims and resolution where applicable.


In-House Products & Assemblies

Products and assemblies manufactured or assembled in-house by Recoil Wash Co. are covered by a limited 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.


Warranty Evaluation

All warranty claims for in-house products are subject to inspection and evaluation by Recoil Wash Co.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • User abuse or misuse

  • Improper installation

  • Failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

  • Damage caused by environmental factors, chemicals, or improper operating conditions

Recoil Wash Co. reserves the sole right to determine whether an issue is the result of manufacturer defect or user-related damage.


Warranty Resolution

At our discretion, approved warranty claims may result in:

  • Repair of the defective item

  • Replacement of the defective item

  • Store credit

  • Referral to the manufacturer for warranty handling

Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor costs

  • Loss of use or downtime

  • Loss of income or business interruption

  • Incidental or consequential damages

All products are intended for professional use, and customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, operation, and maintenance.
